We reserve the right to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any project or content that violates these terms, including material that is illegal, obscene, or defamatory, and may report illegal activities to authorities. We may access or disclose your account information if required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Creative Briefs and Response Process
Clients must submit detailed Creative Briefs outlining their publishing project requirements, including manuscript specifics, design preferences, and deadlines. Our team of publishing professionals provides Responses, such as edited drafts or cover designs, which clients must review promptly. If you do not inform us that a Response is not responsive to your Creative Brief, it is deemed accepted. You may submit Revision Briefs to request changes, with revision cycles typically involving 2-6 iterations. Early cycles allow significant changes, while later ones focus on minor refinements to ensure the final published book meets your expectations. We are not responsible for the content of Responses prepared to conform to your briefs.
Eligibility and Usage Guidelines

You may submit Creative Briefs and receive Responses only as a registered Client. Prohibited activities include submitting copyrighted material without ownership, obscene or defamatory content, or engaging in illegal acts. You must not interfere with our platform’s security, such as by hacking or spamming, and we reserve the right to terminate your access without notice for such actions.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
